* Cancellation received less than 12 hours, you will be charge 50% of the treatment price

rESCHEDULING

* Rescheduling received less than 6 hours, you will be charged 20% of the treatment price

 

CANCELLATIONS OR RESCHEDULING WITH A GIFT CARD

Any booking done with a gift card can be cancelled or rescheduled 6 hours prior to the time of the reservation. Cancellations received within 12 hours will be charged 100% of the total cost of the appointment. Bookings made with a gift box are not eligible for refunds.
